2. Showroom appointments

Appointments booked through WhatsApp or phone are viewing requests, not purchase commitments. VVD Jewels will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time but does not guarantee availability of a specific piece before your visit.

3. Product information and images

Images, weights, and descriptions shown on this website are representative and may vary slightly from the physical piece due to photography, lighting, or design updates. Final weight, purity, pricing, and design details are confirmed in person at the showroom before any purchase.

4. Purity, hallmarking, and pricing

Gold, diamond, and silver jewellery sold by VVD Jewels is subject to applicable purity and hallmarking standards under Indian law (BIS hallmarking for gold, where applicable). Prices are determined at the time of sale based on prevailing metal rates, making charges, and applicable taxes, and are confirmed in-store, not on this website.

5. Payments, exchange, and returns

All payments, billing, exchange, buy-back, and return terms are handled at the showroom counter and governed by the invoice issued at the time of purchase. Please retain your original invoice and certification for any future exchange, repair, or warranty request.

6. Intellectual property

The VVD Jewels name, logo, photography, and website content are the property of VVD Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

VVD Jewels is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of this website, including temporary unavailability of the site or delays in responding to WhatsApp or phone enquiries. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under Indian law.
